Ethan French is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer from Perth, inspired by the likes of Jacob Collier and John Mayer. A true student of music, Ethan’s musical journey began at the age of 15 when he won the prestigious Australian Children’s Music Foundation (ACMF) national songwriting competition, later studying Composition and Music Technology at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

Ethan began releasing music in 2019, swiftly winning adoration from fans with his intricate arrangements, rich harmonies, sophisticated grooves and an innate ability to fuse technical musicianship with heartfelt lyricism. His debut and sophomore releases, ‘song sketches vol 1’ and ‘song sketches vol 2’, collectively have 7 million streams across streaming platforms and have had the support of huge artists such as Charlie Puth, H.E.R. and Guy Sebastian as well as from tastemakers at Triple J and Stereofox.
